Property in this friendly Southern Colorado area is considered by many as under-valued at this time. In June of 2008 the highest priced home sold for $400,128 and the lowest priced home sold for $ 15,000. This is a great time to purchase land or one of the many homes that are currently on the market. It is important to use a Realtor that knows the area well, listens, and has knowledge of the different issues.
